1. Hassle-free returns within 7 days; specific conditions apply based on products and promotions.

2. Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method; COD orders receive a refund in the DTREYA wallet.

3. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, are ineligible for returns.

5. A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 can be charged for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the refund.

6. For hygiene, items such as accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear are non-returnable.

Refund & Return Policy

When Returns Are Accepted: Wrong product received, damaged/leaking product, or opened packaging.

Return Conditions: Request return within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original/sealed condition.

When Returns Will Not Be Accepted: Used products, customized/open-pack perfumes, sale/offer items.

Refund Process: Refund approved will be credited to the original payment mode within 7–10 business days.

Exchange: Exchange is possible based on product availability.
