1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product condition and applicable return policy.

2. Prepaid order refunds are issued to the original payment method; COD refunds are credited to the DTREYA wallet.

3. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

4. Products purchased under special sale offers, including BOGO promotions, are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. A reverse shipping fee of up to Rs 100 may apply for excessive returns and may be deducted from the refund.

6. For hygiene reasons, accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear are non-returnable items.

Refund & Return Policy

When Returns Are Accepted: Wrong product received, damaged product, defective product, or incorrect item delivered.

Return Conditions: Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original condition.

When Returns Will Not Be Accepted: Used products, customized items, opened perfumes, and products purchased under sale or special offers.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or applicable wallet.

Exchange: Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days, subject to product condition and availability.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays or promotional periods.

Delivery Time: Orders within India are generally delivered within 3–7 business days. Remote locations may require additional time.

Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available during selected offers.

Tracking: Tracking details are provided after the order is shipped. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
